개인정보처리방침
‘매주 투표를 올리는 그대에게’(voteletter.com, 이하 서비스)는 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다. 시행일: 2026년 11월 1일
1. 처리하는 개인정보

2. 보관 기간
회원 탈퇴 시 바로 지웁니다. 탈퇴하면 계정, 프로필, 투표 기록, 직접 만든 모임이 함께 삭제됩니다. 관계 법령이 보관을 요구하는 정보는 그 기간 동안만 따로 보관합니다.

위 업체 일부는 해외 법인으로, 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
이용자의 개인정보를 다른 곳에 팔거나 넘기지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 모임에서 쓰는 이름은 언제든 고칠 수 있습니다(모임 → 멤버 → 이름 바꾸기).
- 첫 화면 아래 회원 탈퇴로 계정과 기록을 모두 지울 수 있습니다.
- 카카오 계정 설정의 ‘연결된 서비스 관리’, 구글 계정의 ‘서드 파티 앱 및 서비스’에서 서비스 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.
- 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부하면 로그인이 유지되지 않을 수 있습니다.
6. 안전 조치
데이터는 암호화된 연결로만 주고받고, 같은 모임 멤버가 아니면 모임과 투표 기록을 볼 수 없도록 데이터베이스 접근 규칙을 적용합니다.

Privacy policy
‘To you, who posts the vote every week’ (voteletter.com, “the service”) handles personal information as described below. This English version is a translation; the Korean version governs. Effective November 1, 2026.

2. How long we keep it
We delete it as soon as you delete your account. Your account, profile, votes and the groups you created are removed together. Information that the law requires us to keep is stored separately for that period only.

Some of these companies are based outside Korea, so information may be processed abroad to the extent needed to run the service.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or hand over your personal information, except when required by law.
5. Your rights
- You can change your name in a group at any time (group → Members → Change name).
- You can erase your account and records with Delete account at the bottom of the home screen.
- You can disconnect the service under ‘Connected services’ in your Kakao account settings or ‘Third-party apps & services’ in your Google account.
- You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; you may then not stay signed in.
6. Security
Data travels only over encrypted connections, and database access rules ensure that only members of a group can see its details and votes.

2. 保管期間
退会するとすぐに削除します。アカウント、プロフィール、投票記録、作成したグループがまとめて削除されます。法令で保管が求められる情報は、その期間だけ別に保管します。

上記の一部は海外の法人であり、サービス提供に必要な範囲で情報が国外で処理される場合があります。
4. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を販売したり第三者に提供したりしません。
5. 利用者の権利
- グループで使う名前はいつでも変更できます(グループ → メンバー → 名前を変える)。
- ホーム画面下の退会から、アカウントと記録をすべて削除できます。
- カカオアカウント設定の「連携サービス管理」、Googleアカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から連携を解除できます。
- ブラウザの設定でCookieを拒否できます。拒否するとログインが維持されない場合があります。
6. 安全管理措置
データは暗号化された通信でのみやり取りし、同じグループのメンバー以外はグループと投票記録を見られないようデータベースのアクセスルールを適用しています。
